The twin Sawyer Glaciers (North & South) are at the end of this fjord. It has receded significantly over the recent past as is evident from the scoured color of the rock adjacent to the calving face of the glacier. The sail into and out of the fjord surrounds you with incredible wilderness vistas. the glacier played 2nd fiddle to these views...
